Responsibility Radar as a weekly habit
Radar only works if you look at it. The goal isn't to clear every signal every week — it's to build a rhythm where drift can't hide for a quarter.
The 15-minute loop
- Scan overdue, at-risk, and silent items
- Pick one do-first intervention
- Message an owner, schedule a revisit, or reassign
- Stop — protect the habit by not boiling the ocean
Why one item beats a purge
Clearing twenty signals in a panic session teaches your team that radar is an event. Touching one signal weekly teaches that radar is how you operate.
Pair with mandate revisits
Weekly radar catches execution drift. Periodic mandate revisits catch strategy drift. You need both — different altitude, same accountability system.
