The current Privacy Policy was last updated October 16, 2026. The current Terms took effect October 14, 2026. The current DPA template and Security page are also dated in 2026. Podz was in use before those documents were posted. The copies below are the earlier published versions. If an organization used Podz while an earlier version was the one on the site, that version is what the site said at the time. These archives do not rewrite records already stored.
The July 24, 2026 template is a general commercial DPA with a FERPA schedule. It is not the California NDPA. The current template says that in the document itself.
